Twin Cities Magic Pak Cleaning

We provide professional cleaning of through-the-wall HVAC units often used at apartment and condominium complexes. We clean Magic Pak, Comfort Pack, Skypak and other similar all-in-one package units. It’s important that these units be cleaned periodically. The coils that face the outside of the building tend to collect debris such as cottonwood, dust, leaves and other items that reduce the performance of the unit.

Benefits of Cleaning

Here are some important reasons why you should have your Magic Pak, Comfort Pack and Skypak units cleaned regularly:

  • Prevents premature failure of unit
  • Creates better air flow to help unit run more efficiently
  • Can remove nests and debris left by mice, birds, bees and other insects
  • Reduces energy costs

Magic Pak Cleaning Process

This is what our process for a full cleaning of Magic Pak and similar systems includes:

  • Site inspection and estimate
  • Perform a thorough cleaning of the coils with a custom-made compressed air powered coil cleaning tool
  • Note any issues and report them to management

We typically clean units from the outside; however, cleaning can be done from inside the building when accessibility to the coil from a ladder or lift is not possible.

Customer Testimonials

"Called vent Guys, because I thought something was burning when I used my dryer. It turns out the vent wasn't hooked up to my dryer. I needed a new vent connection. It's a good thing I called, because it could of been a fire." - Connie, Oakdale
